Mermaid eye macro makeup was an avant garde interpretation of the fantasy creature. Created using two latex scale texture prosthetics carefully trimmed into a desired shape. They were applied with Beta Bond Adhesive. Also applied around the pieces to blend any edges.

Skin Illustrator colors Purple Justice, Blue Bayou and Mint Julep were applied and blended to create a smooth transition.  Skin Illustrator Talos Bronze was lightly applied to the scales to make them more visible. Everything was then sealed with Green Marble sealer.

False upper lashes were applied to tie in the look. The lower lashes are painted with Kryolan Aquacolor in R27.
