Pinhead is FX lip macro makeup is inspired by the iconic villain of the same name featured in Clive Barker’s 1987 horror film Hellraiser. Which was based on his novella The Hellbound Heart.

The segments created by sculpting with pros aide adhesive thickened with cabosil also known as Cabopatch.

Painted with all Skin Illustrator colors. White was used for the flesh then On Ice was applied as an accent. Lividity was in the space between each section.

Then glued the pins in place with the thickened pros aide. Finished it off with lip gloss.
