It was created using a vinyl texture prosthetic of the lament configuration box. Torn skin around the puzzle box texture made of a two part silicone system. Painted withSkin Illustrator colors Rice paper and Ghastly from PPI Premiere Products Inc. Fleet Street dark drying blood applied in cut.

Silver jewelry chain were attached to fishing hooks to appear as mini meat hooks. They were then pierced into the fake skin flaps and pulled taut.
